Jerky Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 bag of Tong Jerky, sliced and diced
  • Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • Kosher salt
  • Pepper
  • Unsalted butter
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Grab fresh Brussels Sprouts
  • Grab a bag of Tong Jerky
  • Use 1/4th or as much Tong as you would like
  • Make sure to split your Brussel Sprouts into halves
  • Spread the Brussels sprouts and Tong Jerky on a pan
  • Sprinkle the sprouts with the salt and pepper then spread butter
  • Don't worry, get your hands dirty and toss the sprouts to even butter
  • Make sure your Brussels Sprouts are spread evenly in one layer in the pan
  • Lather with Balsamic Vinegar & Lemon Juice
  •  Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the sprouts are fork-tender
  • Eat and Enjoy!
