SHIPPING

 

When will my order ship?

Orders will generally ship 1-2 business days after they're placed (excluding weekends and holidays). During periods of higher demand, it can take longer.

 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping usually takes 4-7 business days depending on where you are in the country, but can take as long as 10 days. International shipping may take longer.

 

Damaged items

We apologize if your jerky arrived damaged, please send us an ‘email’ (Info@tongjerky.com), with a picture and explanation of what is wrong, as well as your name and order number. We will then work on making this right.

 

I received the wrong item

If you received a wrong item please ‘contact us’, with your name and order number as well as an explanation of what is wrong, and we will do our best to rectify it.

 

Returns

If you are unhappy with our product, for any reason, we will provide you with a replacement immediately. Please contact us at Info@tongjerky.com with questions/concerns/returns.

What is the shelf life of your jerky?

The shelf life is one year from the date of production, each bag is stamped with a best by date on it, it should be consumed before this to ensure freshness.

There are no Nitrites in any of our beef jerky.

 

Is there MSG in your jerky?

There is no added MSG in any of our jerky.
